Lessons & Training

Covered Bridge Equestrian Center is proud to announce we now have a trainer on site! Sarah Stum (formerly Smith) is now offering on-site lessons and training at CBEC!
Sarah started riding at the age of 15 at an A rated Arabian show barn. Having ridden a variety of disciplines (hunters, pleasure, western, trail and dressage) has allowed her many opportunities over the years to work with a wide variety of horses and trainers. Specializing in problem horses, green horses and all types of riders, she can help her students along in a kind and patient manner.

Her first horse at the age of 16, a green broke Arab broodmare full of fire and spice, offered the opportunity to hit the ground running to learn and train from the ground up. They went on to win at many shows both rated and non.

Sarah has ridden horses of all sizes and types over the years at all different skill levels. She has trained under many prestigious instructors with years of experience. Currently she and her beloved thoroughbred gelding (Infinity) are training under the instruction of Duclos Dressage, an FEI rider and trainer with bronze and silver medals under her belt all on horses she has ridden and trained herself.”

If you are interested in lessons or training with Sarah you can contact her through Facebook, emailing her directly at sarahann1987@aol.com or texting her at (717)433-0852
